Contact
Based in Alberta. Remote support province‑wide.
What to include in your email
- The current stage of your case (thinking about filing, complaint filed, conciliation scheduled).
- Any important upcoming deadlines.
- The specific type of non‑legal support you need.
Please note: An initial email does not create a client relationship.
What I can help with (non‑lawyer support)
- Process information: explain AHRC stages and documents using public materials from the AHRC website.
- Timeline & facts: turn your notes into a clear chronology.
- Paperwork prep: type and format forms from your instructions; label and paginate exhibits.
- Conciliation prep: practise how you want to present your story (I do not represent you).
- Organization: trackers for deadlines and communications.
- Referrals: I will direct you to Legal Aid Alberta or clinics if you need legal advice.
What I don’t do
- Give legal advice or tell you what decision to make.
- Draft legal arguments or select legal grounds.
- Act as your AHRC representative or negotiate for you.
- Appear in court.
